I don't know him so I can't say anything about the likeness. But the sculpting seemsto be really nice and clean!!

Igor,my congratulations!
When I was teenager ,Victor Tsoy was my favorit rock singer (and for all Russians teenagers too).His life tragically finished in 1990.
Igor can caught character of person,I like his sculpture.
To my mind hand looks bit small (compare with head) imho

looks fine to me! nose and hand look fine too. you are a talented sculptor indeed. well done. more photos of the Singer would be good but it looks a fair likeness.
