Probably a very interesting and well illustrated book Dan but as with other books from this publisher way out of my price range.

Cheaper than some of the Schiffer militaria books and IMHO better value. Usually, again IMHO, higher production values, better paper, more color photos.

Thanks for the other two references Mike - especially the German published one.

Following up I found two US sources for the book -

http://www.combatbooks.com/ - had it for awhile, but may have sold their last copy.

http://www.timewalkertoys.com/ - The owner sold his last one and ended up searching around to find me a copy. A great guy!

I got my copy and it was worth every penny! I had no idea there were so many different Imperial German Colonial uniforms!!!
