Hi everyone,completed this yesterday.It is oil over acrylic,metallic's are acrylic

For the blue Base Tamiya XF18 medium blue.topcoat of oils Rowney Georgian mix, of Prussian blue and cobalt blue,shaded with a touch of ivory black and highlight's very small amounts of titanium white
 
Hi Keith, for the hat bands a base mixture of GW Gehenna's Gold & Vallejo Flat Earth 50/50,highlighted with Gold from miniature paint's that I bought back in the 90's.For the jacket and hat tassle's base of Vallejo flat earth then a coat of Tamiya X31 Titanium Gold Then a wash of Tamiya X19 smoke.
