I am having difficulty finding this lamppost,120mm scale, code 641,by verlinden. if anyone knows who has one or where I can get one,please contact me. thank you/badger

On the Verlinden Productions web page, Verlinden #641 is identified as a US bazooka gunner Vietnam 1/16th scale. The # is actually 642 per the e-bay uk listing above. But that's not on the Verlinden Productions web page either - even in the discontinued group. I'd keep trying e-Bay, but go worldwide with your search.

I had a thrash through my stuff and found most of a 1/16th scale Verlinden lamp post. The base has vanished somewhere. I bought it assembled and painted at some model show years ago. I was actually looking for something else and had forgotten I even had it!

Since it is apparently long out of production and difficult to find, I see nothing wrong with making one casting of the parts for your use only. Do you? I trust the caster I use to make one copy and stop. You'd pay for casting and postage only.

Some photos of the lamp post. As I mentioned above, mine doesn't have the base. I've just sent these to Bob Stein to see if he can cast it and for a cost estimate.
