Beautifully painted and a fine tribute, but I hesitate to point out two spelling mistakes. The abbreviation for Private is 'Pte' in the British Army, and Wanklyn is spelled with a 'k'. Sorry!

Windy no sorry, my mistake. I made the name plates on the pc and printed them on glossy photographic paper so i can correct it easy.

Very nicely done.

The British armed forces are much more into emphasising teamwork in service and much less likely to extol individual actions. The Nazis and Germany in WW1 were very keen to promote 'aces' and individuals, partly I suspect for propaganda purposes. I suppose this is why such individuals are better known and more likely to be modelled than their British equivalents.
