Here is my box art painting of this wonderful 1/10 bust, masterfully sculpted by Nino Lorenzoni for Dog Tag models. Available from Dog Tag models facebook page.

Hope you like it,

Magnus

Hi Magnus

WOW!...that's what you call box art....loving it , the fleshtones , uniform colours , weapon ....the detail on the helmet ..girlie pics , shaving brush , lovely weathering on the piece

Always good to see your artwork

Why not enter something in the class of your choice in FOTM , maybe also into the Vignette & Diorama comp , please take the time to consider and also do vote as well

Thanks for sharing

Look forward to the next thread

Happy benchtime

Hi,
Nice painting overall but color gradients lack continuity. This is the most difficult to do with acrylic paint.
Very nice bust.

Fantastic paint work! Love it!!

PS;
Great looking paint job! Not sure what they have sculpted in the inside of the M60.

Think you mean the thing between the M60 and the head?...
In real it was an empty can of beans, which happen to fit exactly the ammo belt feeding side of the M60 to prevent it from jamming. (More common seen on board Hueys, AFV etc)

Erik,

Thanks. I had never seen a photo with a bean can there. Having used the M60 for many years, we hug the ammo bags on the feed trays.
