Viking figure

Hello chaps
I bought this figure off ebay for about five quid some years ago.
I was wondering if anyone knew who the sculptor of this figure is?
It stands at 165-70cms high and has a small name plaque and sticker on the bottom saying 'Sculpture uk'
It's a little heavily detailed but the chain mail is the best I have ever seen in scale figure form! It's also featured in the Osprey Warrior series title 'Viking Hersir'

Pete,
That's a nice figure. If i may make some comments.
You have to fade the colors more into eachother. If you paint with acrylic dilute them more.

I know what you mean about the colour blending-I just haven't the time (or ability) to really go for it as my interest level wanes after a day!!!!
It is a nice figure and I bet a good painter could make it look quite stunning!!!
I thought that the mail was very well done, from a sculpting aspect
It was worth five quid though!!!!

I forgot to mention that this figure was a giftware ornament and came assembled and painted (sort of!!)
I googled the company name and came up with zero for it so they could be oob, but I would still be interested to know who sculpted this. I did wonder if it was Rob Brown?
