These are a bit of an oddity for me, I'm not at all into wargaming and such, and the subjects themselves hold no real interest to me, but when the first issue of this collection tion series came out, at £1.99 for 13 mini figures, including 10 chainrasps (I like cloacked skull type figures..), I could not resist. I paint these inbetween other things, and use them to practise brush and paint control, and new ideas. They did introduce me properly to Citadel paints, and I'm really liking them.

Hi Henk

No idea what these guys are but at that price , great value and a time bargain for the painting

I use Citadal paints amongst others and found them good ....strange names though on some

Happy benchtime

Coincidentally, I do much the same, using GW 40k figures as "fillers" in between my regular projects. I love 'em. I've got an old 40k Chaos Demon Prince on the bench ATM. As you rightly say, they are excellent practice pieces.

They are warriors created by the God king Sigmar himself, and they ride into battle as lighting.. apparently :-D
