Warped part replacement

About an hour ago I sent Verlinden an email from their website about a part from their 1/3 scale warlord bust I am doing and they responded within an hour and stated the part will be shipped immediately and apoligized for the warped part. .............Now that is Customer Service

I gotta agree...noone better in my view...this is part of the reason I enjoy doing Verlinden pieces so much...

One week after emailing Verlinden about the warped part, it arrives this morning in the mail. Pretty good customer service I would say.
