This figure represents a knight belonging to the House of Lancaster(Red Rose). White and green are the official colours of Tudors. Henry Tudor's forces defeated Richard's at the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485 and Henry Tudor became King Henry VII of England. Henry then strengthened his position by marrying Elizabeth of York, daughter of Edward IV and the best surviving Yorkist claimant. He thus reunited the two royal houses, merging the rival symbols of the red and white roses into the new emblem of the red and white Tudor Rose. Henry shored up his position by executing all other possible claimants whenever he could lay hands on them, a policy his son, Henry VIII, continued.

Many historians consider the accession of Henry VII to mark the end of the Wars of the Roses

As for the figure - at the moment shown, the knight grips a handle on his saddle for stability.
Big sleeves - is a particularity of English armours of that period.
A necklace shows that this knight is a member of a certain house.
The helmet - armet of the 15th c. has a rondel which guards the joint of the helmet's moving parts from behind.

The horse model is identical as the one of the Balcan Stradiot.
