Now, I was looking on Pinterest the other day when I came across these couple of superb looking figures. Would anyone know of any details about these two? Who, what, where and how much?

The first one is definitely Metal Modeles:-

The second looks like it might be a conversion, based on MM.

I don't think that the Bill Horan figure was converted from the MM model - they just have a similar stance and subject matter, probably from the same reference source.
