I have already posted this on the thread announcing our new releases. I didn't want anyone to miss it some in case you don't read the other thread here it is. This info applies to any ordering from our website.
Since we started our new website we've experienced lots of problems with shipping rates. One of the problems is that sometimes things can be shipped at the flat rate which is cheaper and the customer doesn't know to check that box when choosing a service. Consequently they sometimes get a higher rate than what is neccesary. What we have done in the past is charge only what the actual cost is when the package is shipped. With a paypal order we try to refund the difference if it's a significant amount. Questions have been raised about ordering the new kits and the costs for shipping. I can tell you this. It costs less than $4 to ship a 54mm kit to the UK. If the price of shipping is holding you back from ordering contact us at [email protected] directly for a quote before you order.
