In an effort to highlight the products on sale from our website and to answer customers’ queries regarding quality of products, scale, kit parts, product fit, etc., we have decided to present short simple reviews of most of the products that we carry.
The reviews will consist mainly of photos of the kit parts, with a brief description of the casting, mould lines (if any), clean-up required, etc. The reviews are NOT intended to serve as a historical reference – we will not go into that detail. However feel free to post comments regarding the reviewed kits. In case of any queries, we will forward these to the manufacturer in question to seek a reply. We will not enter into the merits of the historical accuracy of the piece in question. We will endeavour to be as objective as possible – our aim is that the pictures will speak for themselves and we will not post recommendations. It is your decision to judge whether to purchase the kit or not!
This Review Blog is intended to show you the quality of the casting and the raw product prior to assembly, priming and painting. The Reviews will be mainly done by ourselves as well as by other independent modellers who have extensive experience in the hobby. Anyone who has bought a kit and would like to add a comment on the review of that product, you are welcome to do so. Also feel free to send us your own reviews for any kits which have not yet been reviewed on the Blog. This would be of great reference to other modellers who would have interest in buying that kit but are unsure for some reason or another.
Best regards,
Matt & Celine
