What happened to El Greco Miniatures?

Hello,

Does anyone know what happened to El Greco Miniatures? I ordered one mini which was instock a week ago and it is not shipped. Wrote an email and called but noone answered. About to open a dispute in PayPal, but thought to ask on a forum if someone knows somethings because the other time replies were very promptly and I was very pleased with a service. May be they are in a trip or something.

You have 60 days to make a claim, this is a very well established and reputable dealer and if there has not been a response then there will be a good reason.
Can I suggest that you are patient for a few days and I am sure Matt or Celine will respond to you.

I can vouch for the excellent service Matt and Celine provide, they also post on here regular and are always extremely helpful.
A week does seem a little premature to raise a case and as said above I too am sure there will be a good reason and sure they will be in touch.
You could try messaging on here and I believe the website also has a telephone contact but I certainly wouldn't worry.
