Where to get the RTV silicone rubber and Resin for casting?

Hi I have a lot of Resin figures at home, but I don't want to build the original one since they are very rare now on market, so I want to cast a copy of them then work on the resin copy. But I don't know where to get the RTV silicone rubbee and casting resin in affordable price. Can anyone here give me some advices?
