A reminder for next year's show in Easingwold near York on Saturday June 11th, this will be the first show the White Rose Model club will have held here and, with your support, we hope the first of many.
There will be a large Traders hall, a club and painting demonstration room and a competition room with Gold, Silver ,and Bronze awards, details for the competition will be given at a later stage.
The White Rose model club meet every second Saturday of the month in Leeds at the Paxton Horticultural Hall, Kirkstall Lane LS5 2AB
We are a friendly expanding club with a group of painters, with varying abilities, painting from military figures of all scales to vehicles and diorama.
We are really interested in welcoming painters who like to paint wargames models, fantasy figures or military figures or vehicles. ( young and old).
We regularly run full day sessions so painters can come along from 9.30 till 4.30, with demos and plenty of advice to improve your painting abilities and of course paint all day. The next one is the 11th of September. On non painting days we meet from around 13.00 to 16.30 for a more general showing of what we have painted and a catch up. When you become a member you will receive regular emails to let you know what is happening month to month.
If you are interested please come along and join us.
