Who is this guy?

I painted this figure years ago. Back then it wasn't important to me to keep a record of which units were being represented by the figures I painted... doh! I should have kept one. Anyway I know this is a Verlinden figure representing a unit of the 19th century British army. The saber and spurs suggest it's a cavalry unit but which one? I dunno.

If any of you can identify the figure for me it will be much appreciated. Thanks.
