Probably by Kostas Kariotellis from Greece, his company Athens miniatures, he won gold at Euro a year or so ago for his work. I think his previous figures have been 120mm.

Leigh, I think you're right - it definatelty had the hallmarks of his painting style:

Not sure if it will be released- it was in the scratchbuilt civilian class, sometimes these appear later as kits
