Whose figure is this?

The attached figure crops up on another bit of the forum and it says it's from Mercury Miniatures but it isn't listed on their site.Anybody know who makes this figure?

What scale is it and what medium is it made from. It looks like a Hofi kit, they were resin and 120mm if I remember correctly

I've found out! It's a Mercury Miniature figure that hasn't been released yet.
