Wooden bases/plinths - Black walnut

Looking for wooden plinths/bases for 90mm full figures. Not like the Andrea bases...

Ideally in solid black walnut around 40mm or so high I think, and square. I think the black walnut is neutral and not distracting from the figure. I will be adding ground cover etc to base tops.

I'll take recommendations as to the full dimensions at that scale - what looks right and not prone to be knocked over.

Any ideas? Need to be finished bases.

I buy plain pine blocks these days and spray them black, a lot cheaper and just as effective.

There are very good resin bases on the market that also look good sprayed black.
