I' m going to have to do another ambush at Poteau after seeing the one above. How does he get those Dragon figures looking so good.
This was my attempt around 15 years ago ( not the best lighting) with the Dragon and Tamiya kit, looks so sad after looking at the above dio.
I need to watch that Calvin Tan DVD again and again

This is a very nice little scene you have created here. I wouldn’t knock yourself this is very good work, even if it’s older. I do like it when the figures tie in and interact. Too often we see figures just plonked on the scene with very little thought about the visual story.

I know my painting skills have improved a lot since this build. I am keen to do another to get closer to the first dio. Just love the tree, model and figures. I have about 3 sets of the Dragon Ambush figures but was hoping that Alpine would bring out the four figures in the same poses as I think this is one of Dragons best looking/poses set.

Off to find them
