It is the walking Para figure in 120mm. Hopefully someone out there has one.

Thanks! I gave him a shout, and that is one he doesn't have. I'll keep looking. I have the limited edition set of the 4 figures on the street with the fence, and was hoping to get this one to have marching past the group.
