I painted this yesterday. My favorite Zombie ever, from the Lucio Fulci Italian classic ZOMBIE from 1978. All hand painted with acrylics using washes and drybrushing, mostly washes. I also sculpted it. the piece is 1/4 scale, approximately 10 1/2 inches tall, pressure cast in a single piece.

For anyone interested, there is ordering info here- https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?...64051837.38752.152454608154396&type=1&theater.

I should add for those of you not familiar with the film, if you look carefully you'll see the remnants of a Conquistador's helmet, and note that the tombstone is Spanish Mission style. This particular zombie is a former Spaniard.

Cheers.

Nice work it looks great, the film was called Zombie Flesh Eaters in the UK a Fulci classic. Keep up the good work

Thats disgusting! in the best possible way. As a life long zombie fan I had high expectatoins when I saw the post and you did not disappoint. I had a go at sculpting a zombie bust not that long ago. Was fun and a good excuse to watch some films for reasearch.
