Thanks to everyone for the compliments, I am very pleased that you like this piece. Honestly, I spent some really nice hours painting it.
The lowered visor I only put it for the opening photo, because indeed such a well sculpted face must be shown.

I really like working with metals and leather parts; I always try to reproduce the materials in the most realistic and convincing way possible, avoiding shiny effects that are so fashionable today.

Thanks for the reply Enrico. I’d love to learn your metal technique, it’s something I struggle with a little. Have you done an SBS on here? If so, what was the title?

I am very pleased that you like my technique, even if it does not seem anything particularly complicated. Unfortunately, I never thought about doing an SBS, but maybe in the future I will think about doing it, since it might be of interest to someone.
