Stoke on Trent Model Show and Figureworld West, Sunday, 15th August, 2021

Hi Folks,

Restrictions permitting, we will be hosting our show on 15th August 2021, at The Prestwood Centre, Staffordshire County Showground, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0BD.

The change of date is due to the County Show being rescheduled and is entirely beyond our control.

We currently have bookings from 30 clubs and 10 traders, so far, with more expected. The venue is well - lit, with excellent access for loading and unloading, being all on one level and extensive parking for visitors. Obviously, any Covid restrictions still in force by then will be adhered to, but the hall can be well ventilated and is very spacious to allow for distancing.

We hope to see many of our friends, old and new and look forward to a successful show.

Firstly, we would like to say a massive thank you to all the clubs and traders who have booked their tables for our show on 15th August, 2021.

The clubs attending are 580 Modellers, Beyond the Box SIG, Bolton IPMS, Kitmaker UK IPMS British Bulldogs, Chester MC, IPMS Cleveland , Cov and Warks IPMS, Crewe and District MC, Derby MC, F1 and Motorsport SIG, Fenland and Spalding MC, Helicopter SIG, IPMS Keighley, IPMS Lancashire, Leicester Modellers, M61 Modellers, MAMSS, Marvel SIG, Merseyside Scale MC, IPMS Middleton Cheyney, Misfit Modellers, Staffs Moorlands MC, Night Fighter SIG, Northants BMSS, Robarchlee, Sheffield Model Group, Shropshire Scale Modellers IPMS Telford, MAFVA, IPMS Stafford , Sutton Coldfield Model Makers, Sutton Spartans, The Club With No Name, UK Modeling Community, Wallingford IPMS, IPMS Warrington, Wirral IPMS, Wolverhampton MC, ASVC Wombourne, Wrexham Wings MC and Figureworld West. There will also be a French Napoleonic reenactment group present.

Kev - we have allowed 2 metres between tables inside the rows and the gangways are 4 metres apart. We could have maybe squeezed a few more clubs and traders in if we hadnt had to adhere to the regs. Hopefully, though, if it gets busy, there will still be enough space to move around and the ventilation in the hall is excellent, with all of the windows and fire escapes opening to outside.

Regarding BC, it would be worth checking with the school re regulations, as I know from experience that schools are a law unto themselves...!!
