Peddinghaus makes PE sets of WWII German insignia and medals; I've got a fret of theirs in 1/18 scale. But they don't make 1/10 scale, that I know of. That's a bit of an uncommon scale. This probably doesn't help you, unfortunately.

Sure thing, Brock! Another brand you could look for is Rado Miniatures. I currently have bookmarked an eBay auction for a Rado PE fret of WWII German insignia in 1/16. Off the top of my head, I don't know if Rado is still in business, but it's worth searching and seeing if they make 1/10 scale, or scales close to that.
