Amazing base - wish I had the patience to take so much care with my basing. It really sets off your figure, which is nice in its own right.

Very nice painting and I really like the base (y) :)
My one observation or critique of this figure is the way he's sculpted to be holding the axe :unsure:....... At that angle, being gripped so far down the shaft he must have an arm like Popeye! o_O

There would have been some lonely nights on the march to The Holy land......

Great paint job John the blues are a nice touch and extremely well done.
