Hello, everyone.:)
I have begun to paint a new figure.
(Lord Camoys Agincourt Battle). VERLINDEN 200mm.
I make almost no knight figure, I felt like making this figure this time.
There were no problems with assembly in particular.
Andrea's base is used, but I think a little bigger base was more qualified.
For a base to cover a small one, a considerable plant is being planted.
Most is silver for painting, so I think it's possible to finish painting right now.

I agree with David, If you put it on a bigger base the figure will stand out better.
So far the figure is looking good.
Keep us updated on it...

Andy

Very impressive groundwork. Unfortunately Agincourt was fought in a muddy field after heavy rain!

Happy modelling,

Mike

Mitsutaka,

It looks a great figure. I have some remarks on your base to. It is to small for this large figure and tropical plants are not at Agincourt.
As the battle was fought on a recently ploughed field, and there had recently been heavy rain leaving it very muddy, it proved very tiring to walk through in full plate armour. The French monk of St. Denis describes the French troops as "marching through the middle of the mud where they sank up to their knees.

So if you do Lord Camoys at Agincourt you have to change things.

Marc

Thank you very much, David.

Hello! david.
Thank you very much for your kind advice.:)
I'll use this base this time about a base.
I couldn't imagine a figure opening a foot like this with a picture of the catalog.
It was my mistake.:(
Well.... a base and a ground work would like to advance work with this this time.

Thank you very much, Andy.

Hello, Andy.
Thank you very much for your kind comment and advice.:)
A base looks small as you say.
Well.. a figure is glued by a base together already, so I'd like to advance work just as it is.
I'd like to make an effort not looking as unnatural as possible.

Thank you very much, Mike.

Hello, Mike.
Thank you very much for your valuable advice.:)
I knew this war to have been performed on the ground of mud on the day when it rains for the first time.
I wasn't checking a background of a war accurately.
Well.. it has been made to here, so this time is this setting, and I'd like to advance making.

Thank you very much, Steve.

Hello, Steve.
Thank you very much for your kind comment.:)
It's quite big figure, but most is silver, so I think painting doesn't need time.
If you like it, I'm happy.

Thank you very much, Marc.

Hi!, Marc.
I'm very thankful for your advice.:)
And I'm also thankful for valuable information.:)
I think my study is that it wasn't enough when saying in a word.
Work was advanced here, so I'd like to advance painting by dyeing it the color of the mud for now about grass.
When I reappear correctly, I think it won't be a figure since not doing a considerable weathering.
It was my dinky question, but did no of grass grow at all in the field?
My ground work seems to be in the forest.
However I'd like to make an effort in order to create the atmosphere in a field somehow.

Hi Mitsutaka-san
attached are images of two types of field. Both are a bit dry for the battle you are modeling.
plowed feild.jpg

Plowed_field_flowers_and_rolling_green_hills_in_Southern_Lebanon_2077_p.jpg
Both have growth in corners, short shrubs, small bushes, etc.

Probably change the large leaf plants for plants with small leaves, short stems.

Sorry for the rework, but your work is so good, we would not be doing you service for not suggesting improvements

Giri to Wa, Nihon no tomadachi desu

Most fields have a combination of grass, and 'rolls' of soil.

Hope the images help!

Cheers

Have to agree with the other guys on the base and ground work Mits, but will be great to see it finished.

Thanks for posting, RobH.

Thank you very much, Jamie.

Hello! Jamie.
Thank you very much for your wonderful sample picture.:)
These provided me with useful information very much.
I corrected my ground work.;)
I think mud could be reproduced.
However I have glued a figure together about the size of the base and I don't have a big base any more.
I'd like to advance work at this direction for now.:)

domo arigoto!

Thank you very much, Rob.

Hello, Rob.
Thank you very much for your kind comment and advice.:)
I corrected a ground work.;)
I'd like to advance work with everyone's advice as much as possible, too.

Thank you very much, Michael.

Thank you very much for your comment, Michael.:)
If you'd like it, I'm happy.

I corrected a ground work.

I'm thankful for everyone's advice.:)
I corrected a ground work for now.
A big leaf was cut off and modeling paste was applied from the top.
I adopted modeling paste as an expression of mud.;)
It's same as before about the size of the base, but when you can stand it, it's lucky.
Further, after basic painting of a figure has been completed, this work goes.
I think a picture of basic painting can be contributed immediately.:)
