More then a month late, here is Prince John of Eltham 1336.

An Adriano Laruccia classic of more then a decade ago, I honestly feel that this piece held its ground firmly and withstood the test of time!!

Lousy pics as lately which I adjusted with Photo Editor

Healthy and Prosperous New Year to ALL!!!

Ray ;)

Very lovely work, Ray:

I love the colours, especially the shade of blue. . . and the way you have
handled all the little details. Very impressive. And the armor has just the
right sheen to it. Congrats,

rick

Ray, few days ago I was thinking that I would like to see what is your progress on this figure, and here it comes and finished.
I must admit, that whole figure looks beautiful. It is colourful, shining and very neatly painted. You show as once again how big artist you are. No matter you are on of a few artists that influenced me much.
The key to this figure is the face. You have done this with elegance. The aristocratic character is clearly visible, I like that the upper side of the face is almost pale and then the lower side is more redish to add more life in it. Very tasty to my eyes. The heraldy is very neatly painted, all the colour areas are clean and shiny. What I would perhaps suggest is to go for more subtle tones, but that would surely decreasy on attractivity of this figure. Of yeah, I almost forget, the metals are great too.
Ray, another fine piece from you, thanks for showing and inspiring again.
best regards,
R.L.

I like it a lot!

The reds look like real cloth, with a smooth flat finish!
And the metals speak for them selves!
