Good evening to all of you. I didn't come to this forum in a long time and only recently remembered it's existence so I am back! My name is Mathieu Fontaine or some of you might know me as Akaranseth. I'm a miniature painter from Sherbrooke in Canada. I mostly work with fantasy miniature.

So for a start here is my latest project. A Boelg from a new company called Alambic Miniature. It's a 54mm scale.

The airbrush work on the beast is completed and I have redefined the shadows with a regular brush. The next step is to redefined the highlights.

You can see more of my work on my site: http://akaranseth.over-blog.com/

Keep painting!

Mathieu,

Pretty cool, looking forward to your progres...

I will have to check out Alambic Miniature! This figure reminds me a little of "The General" series of books by David Drake (set on a planet at 19th century technology level, where cavalry rides horse sized dogs).
