Starting a new piece from a well know print of Lewis and Clarks aide York.

Medium: magicsculp (I'm really liking this stuff)

I've gotten more comfortable behind the lens Thanks to the many great tips in the new planetFigure photography forum and Brians' camera settings tips and the light box thread has improved my photography, thanks! :)
No retouching has been done to the image other than cropping.

@Matthew, I do not know.. maybe there is no engineering put into this so it's not production friendly :(

@Janne, thanks, it feels good to be back at it :)

you are of to a good start Gordy and i like the fact you work in the same order that i do, i always complete the feet/footwear first and then move upward from there, normally i jump to the head next after the feet and then its gives you a good feel for the figure before filling everything in between.

What was you using before MS ?

@Steve, I'd reckon that it's a good planting of the feet to get the stance right and balance, before.. Aves and Milliput mixed with procreate last used on the highlanders..

@Matthew, not impossible but no promises, although I've got another trick up my sleeve that will be produced, stay tuned ;)

You have my attention. Kinda hope it's an American subject though.
