Hello friends in the planets!!!

Buying this bust, I saw that with some additions (extra hair-beard) would give the bust a different character from what it portrays.
So in my mind came to paint my favorite King Lionheart, removing, therefore, to cross which is carved over the fabric of miniatures, giving me the area for the painted two of the three Lions.
The result of your show and expect any comments for this job!

Thanks
Alexandros

It's amazing how a small conversion here and there makes for a completely different representation of this figure. If you hadn't stated that it was the Young Miniatures kit, I wouldn't have picked it. Great job all round.

Totally awesome, I agree on the small alterations, they really work well. I alter every item I do in some way or another whether it is to fix a small fault or more often to make the figure different from all the others. well done. Les

Indeed it's an amazing finish, my friend Alexandros.
A wonderful lion heart.
Drawing of a crest, crowded for though it's usual, it's excellent.
The fresh tone is also cool.
I preferred to your work to a work of package art.:)
I congratulate completion.;)

Alexandre, great work as usual! -especially in the heraldry and shield -painting difficult drawings is your strongest point!

προχώρα γερά, αδερφέ!

A work of perfection and the lengthened beard is particularly impressive!

Might venture for a more battle -worn shield to complement the eccentricity of the intended character. Just my two cents.

Alexandros may i congratulate you on a superb piece of painting, when this piece first came out i saw the potential for changes to the normal crusader look and you have produced a classic,i love to see pieces based on richard the lionheart and this is one of the best i've seen for years, you handling of the heraldry is beautiful as well, very well done mate.
