The Gentleman Lock-Picker, this is roughly a 250mm resin fantasy figure (not a kit) that I picked up from ebay for next to nothing.
Just liked the look of him and thought it would make a change to paint something like this, he looks like one of those Victorian comic figures, painted in oils.
