Hello
Here's the model I'm painting in the moment - 54 mm SGF Soldiers Legionary Infantryman late Augustian to Tiberian period.
I wasn't going to make a WIP thread, but I just got a new photo equipment. I couldn't resist to make some photos :)
To my disappointment, the new equipment is not as good as I expected.
You can check it yourselves - photo with white background is made by means of photografic tent (three light sources), the one with black - no tent, single lamp.
As usual any comments and critiques are welcome.

Thank you Christos for nice comment.
Actually, I can see that the tunic and legs could use some more work :/
What is probably not going to happen :)

Hello.
Work's almost done here. For unknown reasons I'm not really happy with the results.
I hope you like it, though.
For the complete model I'm going to start a separate thread.
Cheers
Simon

I wouldn't know why you shouldn't be happy with this..... it looks great to me.

Maybe you could apply some starker outlining to 'sharpen him up' a bit? For example around the shoulder patches. Just a suggestion though, and not essential as it is good work as it is.

Cheers,
Adrian

Thanks for comment Adrian.
Actually, I'm not sure, what's wrong with this model. Probably I just expected it to look better, when finished :)

Cheers
