WIP Dr Freakenstein by Gordy

I have the pleasure of painting this little fellow sculpted by Mr. Gordy in 54mm. This is the green right after it got back from Thunderbird Miniatures for casting 50 copies in resin. I know this may not hold a lot of interest for most folks here but stay with me on it because I am excited to paint something made out of magic putty from Gordy's hands (man that sounded weird). I wont get to full on hell boy painting mode until after the Atlanta show but hopefully they will be swift and regular updates. I hope you enjoy the process.

Thunderbird Miniatures is going to do a very limited release of 50 copies only. In exchange for painting I got one of them so there are 49 of them now.

Very interesting challenge. You have here a variety of colors and materials to work, wood, blood, metal, cristal for the syringe?, flesh tones, etc.
I´m sure you will do a great work.

Righteous! A "Gordy & Mike" 2 for. I will be looking for a possible SBS(?) on this Mike. Gordy, this is weird but fun, well sculpted piece.

Here is a little progress on this cool little guy. Painting has been slow on him because I am so preoccupied with all the new figures I bought in Atlanta. Hopefully a little more work on him over the weekend.
