Hello Gents, I am posting some SBS shots of my scratchbuilt vignette of King Canute.

I actually built it this year while on holiday in the Lakes and then again in Majorca. The painting and water effects had to wait till I got home though. It got a HC at Euromilitaire this year...

Beautiful scene for a great king

but for the water you did it die?

Can you explain what product you have used and how? Thank you
 
Thanks fellas. The water is as follows;

sculpt milliput wave
KC1.jpg
make plasticard mould box
KC2.jpg
pour in silicone rubber and wait overnight. Out comes this.

assemble water making products, clear resin and acrylic gels, glass paint
KC4.jpg
pour in tinted resing to mould

24 hours later out comes this...

Airbrush base in graded colours for depth

Apply wave to base
KC7.jpg
apply acrylic gels and oil paints for glitter effect, backwash, foam etc.
