Muy linda figurita y muy lindo tema!!!
Sabés que tengo la misma figura de Durendal que la tuya!!!
(Todavía no la pinté!!!).
El color celeste de la gama Scale 75 estan muy buena, parece? Seca mate, no?
Muy buen scratch tambien, loco!
Un abrazo!
Charlyq!!!!

I have finished the sky blue vest and pants, i've use Andrea napoleonic blue for the lapels, cuffs and turnback just for fun, it has a slight difference in tone than scale 75.
The mix i've us eis on the picture.
As for the black coat, i decided to lay another coat of charadon granite, dab of german grey and flat black, added tamiya flat base a little.
The turnbacks were too high up on the sides, so i had to take extra time and re-did them on the extreme edges and repaint them...

Hi Daniel

Liking the way it's going , don't envy you doing the black coat , I certainly would push it a bit more with the contrast .

What about the gaiters are these going to be another version

Hi Nap, yes, the black on a coat it's a big challenge.
Gaiters i will have them in black and very weathered, so it will look slightly different from the coat.
I am thinking of adding few washes of charadon granite to the coat and then last highlights.
Let's see what happen .

Like this ..still!

Intrigued about the uniform colour did they again change to the more familiar very dark blue later ?

......YES I know it had to be me to ask !

Hope to see more on this

Hey Kev, i am not sure if they did.
Remember that these units were financed by their own owners, so i imagine these émigrés. Noblemen had to get whatever the had in order to maintain these troops somewhat equiped the same .
