Tommy's War 54mm Trooper and mount, 4th Light Horse Regiment, Beersheba 31 0ct 1917.
I added the unit shoulder patches and reins, made out of Verlinden lead foil.
Painted in acrylics. The colours for the horse are based on a painting in the Australian War Memorial by George Lambert.

Lovely piece Macca. Well done. One point of accuracy; the 4th LH Regiment was one of the LH regiments that never wore the emu plume in their hats in the field or on parade. https://www.awm.gov.au/articles/encyclopedia/lhplumes/feathers
