Masterbox 1/35 "Attack" 8th Pennsylvania Figures painted

Hello again to all and I hope you are all having a good new year :) These are the second box of 1/35 figures from Masterbox I have done, the last set I posted here for criticism and they stirred up a debate about scale etc. I still say they are quite a bit smaller than 54mm even the Shenandoah...

Actual military modelling shops in UK?

Hello again to all, This may have been done before, but I am asking if there are any actual shops in the UK where you can go to buy models, 54mm to 120mm figures etc, admire painted models, paint brushes etc. Even soak in the delight of peering through a glass display cabinet at models or has...

Open Book 8th Pennsylvania Cavalry 89th Regiment Pennsylvanian Volunteers, Battle of Chancellorsville May 1863

I have this set of figures also, they are very well sculpted and for their size, nicely detailed. They are unfortunately in true 1/35 scale and much smaller than all other 54mm scale figures that I have, I am also pretty sure that the other figures in the diorama shown are not from Shenandoah...

Best Model shop in Barcelona to visit?

Hello again to all, I am off on a cruise at beginning of October, which has a stop in Barcelona. My son has convinced me to take the trip to the Nou camp, not my cup of tea, which only takes about 4 hrs all in. So the rest of the day is mine until the ship sails, my question is which is...

54mm Mounted Mongol Archer?? Help please

Roger, I have checked pieces and box over several times, all it had written on it, in ball point pen was, Mongolian horse archer 54mm. It could be Indian yes, I shall try searching for those items online also, thanks for input. It really is a high end piece of sculpting, veins sculpted onto...

Hello again to all. I recently picked up this excellent model from a show, its in 54mm and only had Mounted Mongol Archer written in pen on box to go on. I hope someone here can tell me who made it and if it really is a Mongol etc? Having searched various manufacturers websites I have come up...

Empire of the Apes Andrea Miniatures 54mm

Hello again to all, this is my latest model using a new set of paints, which are far superior to the Foundry ones I have been using, just getting used to them. Its by Andrea and a very good likeness of Charlton Heston. Picture is taken with my new phone so not the best, the purple trousers on...

BLOOD TRAIL Diorama finished Masterbox 1:35 Yankee and Scout

Thanks for comments, good and bad, I am always up for constructive criticism:) The models themselves are not 54mm, they are much smaller, very petit, slim and anatomically correct, plastic models. I might put a comparison picture up to show this. The pictures I posted are way too large and...
