    Der Adler, 1940 (1/16 - 1/32 - 1/48 - 1/72) by EISERNES KREUZ

Sorry Fmargem, I disagree. As a traditional sculptor with over 30 years experience in the business, I too know what is entailed in computer generated 3D sculpts (which I have learned from friends more knowledgable than myself - who have all entreated me to learn digital sculpting) , traditional...

    Oberschütze, 1939 (1/16 - 1/35 - 1/48 - 1/72) by EISERNES KREUZ

Are they actually scans? I assumed they were digital sculpts. If the former, then they make me feel a lot better......

    WW1 - First wips

Hugo, The Halberstadt CLII fuselage was of wood construction so there should be no rivets! Also, the photo of the actual plane clearly shows that the cross-sectiuon of the upper decking is wrong on your pattern. Notice how the top edge of the fuselage under the gunner's arm is practically...

    W W I British RFC Squadron Leader - 1/32 (54mm) - Model Cellar

As the responsible party for this figure, I intended him to be a "ranking" maintenance crewmen. Obviously, I did not make my intentions clear to Paul. My intention was for him to go along with the two pilots also issued at the same time. They would all be looking up at a flight crew figure in...

Corporal Foot artillery 4th Rgt. WWI

Thanks! The figure is a recent release by "The Model Cellar". He was intended to be a tank crewman. But the uniform is pretty universal. I am just wrapping up the third of three artillery crew figures (for 21cm morser) so there will be more similar figures (1/35 scale) out in the future...

    Officer 116 Panzer Division busts

I prefer the Jin-Kim version as it is truer to the sculpting of the face. I sculpted a relatively smooth face to emphasize his youth. The Han version adds wrinkles where there were none. But this does dramatically show what a different painting approach can do to change the "look" of a figure...

    British Officer 1804 Egypt - 75mm - Model Cellar

Thanks to all for your kind comments. This figure has languished on my bucket list for many years now. It was fun to do, and surprisingly "different" to sculpt. I am not used to the tight and strangely cut clothing of this era. I did my best to get it right. BTW, the correct date for this...
