Here is Jon Smith's bust of a German prisoner, 1917. Excellent kit. I used acrylics on this- Vallejo, Scale 75 and Jo Sonja.

Use Field Grey, then add some green or grey to adjust the tone. Lighten with flesh and darken with a bit of black and brown.
