    Lancs Fusilier

Looks good, Just tighten things up a wee bit and you're there. Using a flash wipes out a lot of tones and colours making busts look 2d. Excellent work though. Gells Try these; https://www.planetfigure.com/threads/tutorial-how-to-photograph-our-models-michigan-toy-soldier-blog.114850/...

    US Navy Seal Bust

That's a cracking job Steve. The colours of the camo look spot on. I like the mesh effect on the helmet as well. Youve managed to bring him together well. Is that you in your Avatar with your "company car"? Gells

    Victor Kuskov

Very neat painting there. Blue is a very difficult colour to master. Good basics with the face, just tweaks here and there and your off! Gells

    Falklands solider

Can't see the figure......only the base! Cammo looks great. A lot of people are put off by cammo which is difficult to do. I'd say you've nailed the colours and you've got the shapes in scale. Puttees are a khaki colour. I'll pm you on how to use dull coat and the Tamiya flat base. Great...

    V bust Pvt. G A Mitchell

Awright Dols, Youve been a bit modest with this. This is Dols's 4th bust, he's only being painting figures for a few months now with no other model painting experience. Get some dullcoat matt varnish on him and that will tone down the gloss. The battledress looks a little dark but you've got...

    US Marine, 1945

What a thoroughly interesting discussion on why the hell this guy actually has the audacity to carry two weapons and an extra helmet. I only thought about if I'd like to paint him and then the prices made my mind up for me. I'd love to stop and chat more but I'm too busy actually painting...
