I'd be careful on that. This is more than a likeness to a character it's also a likeness of a famous living actor.

This is one area zbrush falls down, you are better off outputting the model into another app, re-alinging the UV's then adding a alpha layer to the specular channel to give the metallic areas some shine. Most people use maya but my weapon of choice is cinema 4D because of the bodypaint module...

I'd suggest using Testors Gloss varnish then a coat of Testors Dullcoat to matt it back down. That's what most miniature gamers use and those lumps of lead get a fair old knocking about.

Dude I think you're completely off on this. Busts are a major part of the mini market now and in the fantasy genre growing more popular and I wish there were more sci-fi busts. Check out the latest release section in Portal magazine and you'll see how many companies are releasing them.

Sorry, yes I mean Testors Dullcoat. I use the spray version.

Give it a quick spray of dullcoat and carry on. I use it lots of times during a paintjob not only to flatten any gloss but also as a "Save" before attempting something new. If it doesn't turn out right some 50/50 of Isopropyl Alcohol and water cleans off the layer of paint that needs removing...
