I built one of these same figures with my nephew over Christmas. I am trying to get him interested in figure modelling. This kit is perfect for that. Easy to build (Superglue), minimal clean-up (no resin blocks!), nice details, very straight forward color sceme to paint and a bargain, too...

Hello fellow Planeteers: I recently purchased this figure from a friend and have some questions. Supposedly it is a NCO/soldier of the Black watch, in 1944, but advertised other places as being at "the Rhine". Didn't the Rhine get crossed in 1945? Anyone know how accurate this figure is...

Does anyone know where I can find a reference photo for this newest kit? I saw one somewhere out there in cyberspace, but now cannot locate it. The soldier was in the exact same pose, standing in a alley or a country lane. If anyone knows where to find it, I would be much obliged. Regards, Mike

I am with Pedro, the .45 looks like you could pull it out of the holster and create some chaos!! It really looks like it has "weight" and is hanging off the bust. Very nice job. Thanks for showing. Mike

I would like to see some of the adventurer/explorer types. How about some 120mm Lewis and Clark or Shackleton and the crew of the Endurance, or any of the polar explorers with their sleds/dogs/gear. Perry/Byrd and the lot.
