    Western figures

Himini made 75 mm Grey Death Redemption in resin. It’s a nifty kit of a guy on horseback being chased by wolves. Sorry I can’t figure out how to copy the photo here but it was posted on this forum a while ago. Just search for it. I believe I ordered mine from El Greco. -Gerald

Review GMR: Ludo from BrokenToad & Black Sun Miniatures

Thanks for the review! I backed this Kickstarter too but haven’t received my figures yet. I ordered different ones but the quality shown on this piece has me excited. I wish I could have afforded the whole line! -Gerald

    Most popular figure size?

120 mm is my favourite but it’s unfortunately not the most popular which I think is 75 mm. -Gerald

    Mandalorian and Grogu

More pipes and “greebles” added. I made a mold using 2 part mold putty of the stormtrooper helmet from a very old 1/15 scale Kaiyodo resin kit I have. I first tried Miliput in the mold which was ok but not great. I found up resin at my local Michaels and that worked very well. The uv resin...

    Mandalorian and Grogu

The start of the base. It’s cut from xps foam insulation board and textured with a crumpled up aluminum foil ball. The bottom piece has a sheet of styrene plastic underneath and styrene strip around the side. After gluing up the pieces, I coated the whole thing with hard coat Mod Podge mixed...

    Mandalorian and Grogu

I stripped off the ornament with isopropyl alcohol. The floating pram is made from an egg I bought at the dollar store cut down, and detailed with bits of styrene plastic glued on and contoured with Miliput. I made some crates and a door for the diorama from styrene. I attached the pram to...

    Mandalorian and Grogu

Hello Planeteers, here is one of my current projects...the mandalorian and baby yoda. I’m actually well along with the project but neglected to post the project. I started with a hallmark ornament of Mando and a 3d print of Grogu.

Don’t know if it’s still available but Harton miniatures made a 90 mm mounted Cheyenne that’s really nice in my opinion.

    Alternative for Glue ?

I’ve not tried using as a glue but I found it worked okay to add skin texture to a Godzilla model I was working on. I’ve also used it to help fill gaps on plastic and resin models. I had a small issue with primer coating it properly but 2 coats did the trick. I’m still tinkering with it to see...
