Jeffshiu's Miniatures 120mm WWII British Universal Carrier Mk.II riders

Love it, particularly the Bren gunner, left rear. Another Masterpiece, Jeff, well done Eastenders off to war, it's Len, Ken, and Kev, with Barry along for the ride!

    Roman legionary

Is the scabbard on the correct side? I always thought the dagger was to the right, and Romans drew the sword across the body due to length of blade. Great figure either way. Will it be available in other scales?

Jeffshiu's Miniatures 120mm 'Off the map' fig. 1&2

Makes a difference from puffy Germans, and a return to form, Jeff; most impressed at the detail and execution of both figures. Well done.

Jeffshiu's Miniatures 1/9 200mm WWII German Kettenkrad winter Rider

And Revell, too. If you're looking for one, it's out there. Great figure, too. Looks natural and casual, with the '42 in his arms.

WIP Airborne Miniatures, 'German KSK operator #2', 1/9

Thank you, gents, I appreciate the feedback. Yes, having the boss present keeps me honest, well, sort of. Most of the time. Having taken the oath, and not discharged yet, I like having her there.

WIP Airborne Miniatures, 'German KSK operator #2', 1/9

Things took a giant leap forward when I cleared a backlog of 'to dos' and installed a workbench, rather than bringing out boxes, setting things up, a bit of work, and then packing it all away again, which really killed my motivation to work on these guys. It is only two and a half years late...

And his sidekick, Forester... not the car

WIP Airborne Miniatures, 'German KSK operator #2', 1/9

Sandman, there is very little to do, some minor touch ups here and there... I need to dull coat both, and dust up this guy. I did start to dull coat them, but when testing for consistency of the paint, it came up cloudy, so I may need new paint.

    Jeffshiu's Miniatures 120mm WWII German Sd.Kfz 251/22D crew

Love the guy with his arm over the side, very original.

'Cowboy' 120mm - Mitches Military Models

Not sure why, I see this and think of the ghoul from 'Fallout'. Great release, btw

Jeffshiu's Miniatures 120mm WWII StuG III crew & riders

Damn, I'm glad I don't have a Stug III in the stash, nice release. Those figures would look great in white camo or Italian three colour!

WIP Airborne Miniatures, 'German KSK operator #2', 1/9

Sandy man's backpack looks to be sitting high, I may need to adjust that, his arms fitted perfectly. Forest guy's arms needed some work to fit and match at the wrist. Also, I masked off the shoulder flag, which was a lot of work for little result. But it does look a lot tidier than hand painted...

WIP Airborne Miniatures, 'German KSK operator #2', 1/9

Feel free to skip this paragraph, it's my sorry excuse for no progress, I've been busting my butt around here, including building a 17.5mx0.8m retaining wall, which is fine if I were a builder, but I'm not; remedial earthworks around the pool to make it council compliant, and shifting a few...

1/16 U.S. Tank crew with damaged M4A3E8 Tracks

what an incredible likeness of "Grady Travis" from 'Fury', love it. Will there be an accompanying figure?

    Jeffshiu's Miniatures 120mm WW2 US M16 crew and riders

It's a GI extravaganza! Glad I don't have an M16 in the stash, otherwise I'd need these guys. And they're not Germans! But one guy is pointing...

    New Release from Tin-Berlin

Great figure, looks like it comes from Civil War, the movie. I could use one in 1/9 to go with my Airborne figure which looks similar... About the only thing I'd say is why the CAT on the right shoulder, where you'd expect him to seat his rifle. But great work.

WIP Airborne Miniatures, 'German KSK operator #2', 1/9

Gents, I've been working on this and nothing is more motivating to finish one project than the prospect of starting another... I did a bit of shade work on the webbing, not sure if it shows up well. I hope to have this finished next week.

WIP Airborne Miniatures, 'German KSK operator #2', 1/9

A bit of progress, I need to wrap this up as it is starting to drag... But I'm enjoying it, any time at the workbench is good time, right? Need to work on the face, add some washes, check for areas I've missed, then fit the right arm (there is a gap at the wrist), wire in the radio, fit the...
