I know the sculptor of first one he is a friend of mine and it is still available you can get it from Japanese historical figure online shop "Miniature Park".
(Type the search field with keywords "1/20" then you can list up 1/20 figures. )

and I asked the sculptor of the second two pilots (painted ones), and they are limited version on Hasegawa online shop and already sold out.

I sent him a message to re-production if he has any chance to reproduce them again. ( They are limited edition so I cannot guarantee it will available again, though)
