1/24 British ground crew WWll

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and am looking for help locating a figure or something close I can modify. I need a ground crew figure for a 1/24 Spitfire (Battle of Britian) project I want to start on soon. I want to depict a new spitfire that has been delivered to a squadron and is at the firing range having the guns sited. So ideally a figure with binoculars or failing that, any ground crew.
