Hi Anthony,
Yes, I made several orders last year and their service are great, you can check order progress online and they give every website inquiry a series numbers to show their responsibility.
But Lucky Model is in Hong Kong, so free shipping may take some times to outside Asia.
HobbyFan(resin) is the same company called AFV club(plastic) from Taiwan.(wher I live) This M88 figures are old productions and I can't find from local market now, even I can find one, the price including shipping cannot compete with that from LM.
