Hello Folks
This is the Parachute Regiment version of the original figure sculpted by Maurice Corry. 'Valiant' very kindly adjusted the beret for me.
He is armed with the 7.62 SLR with Suit sight attached and carries an attitude adjuster tucked into his webbing.
These are very big figures measuring 300mm tall. Not everyones scale but great to paint.
Ideal for presentation pieces.
The kit costs £75.00 + postage.

You nailed the maroon colour of the beret what mix did you use? Please don't let it be "maroon".

I painted quite a few of these, mainly for RRF guys from Operation Banner which was Moz's old mob. I think this para version was one of the last I painted due to other commitments. Valiant made a great job on the beret as the para version has so many different styles.
